It didn't get as close to the wall as it claims. The instructing are lame for a $450 machine. Thinking about returning but boxing it back up and like a pain. Also missing the parts that hold the extra tools. Not very happy.

I used this on my tile floored kitchen and linoleum den, which were very dirty due to filthy air from the SoCal fires. It worked remarkably well and powered through layers of ash, dirt, and dog hair with ease. There were a couple of spots that required going over a few times, but that would be expected with any kind of mop or cleaner. The smart features work very well - the auto-suction mode adjusts with greater suction in dirtier areas and less is cleaner areas. I noticed that it performed this adjustment appropriately throughout about 20 minutes of use. Also nice is that the device will tell you if the mop-roller is dirty and should be cleaned. It warned me toward the end of my cleaning, but I kept going for another few minutes and it still wiped the floors clean. After use, I used the self-cleaning and self-drying feature and the roller came out super clean and ready for use again. Another nice thing is that this cleaner is pretty quiet - way quieter than a vacuum cleaner. A few things you should know:1) This is only for hard floors such as sealed wood, vinyl, tile, etc. Even though it calls itself a vacuum cleaner, it will not do well on carpet and is not designed for that. It does, however, actually vacuum on the hard floors - you do not need to sweep first. It powered through onion skin, dog hair, dog-toy-stuffing, leaves tracked in from outside - it flips all the solid stuff into the upper (dry) part of the collection cylinder. It picks this stuff up way better than I was expecting.2) It is self-propelled. When you turn it on, the wheels move it forward. The way to use it is to let it go forward a foot or two, then pull it back, then repeat this movement - you'll see that the forward and back passes cause the roller to really get the floor clean.3) It does not heat the water. This is my own fault for misreading the description. It advertises 180 degrees, and then further in the description states 194 degrees hot water self-drying. The 180 degrees refers to the fact that it can lie flat to push it under furniture, etc. The 194 degrees is the hot air that is uses during the self-cleaning. This feature is actually really nice because at 194 degrees, it's killing any bacteria and preventing any kind of wet mop kind of smell.Overall, this is great cleaner to have if you have hard floors. I think the current price point is a bit high, but I've seen it go on sale for quite a lot less. At the sale pricing, it's more than worth it.
