My sink was getting backed up & I thought there was a ton of hair in there, my house is only 3 yrs old and I couldn't get the plug out to look. Due to the design of the plug system with this faucet, I can't get the plug out, but I'm still able to get this clog remover down in there and I pulled out quite a bit of hair and just old soap build up. I used this right away when it came and I haven't had any issues at all since. There wasn't a ton of hair or debris, but it was enough to clog the drain. I think it's the design of the drain that came with this faucet or the plumber didn't put it together right. I tried using drain cleaner and that only helped for a day or two. This really got the clog out and it works great now.
