Replaced my original Brother drum. I had a repeating ghosted print. I first tried different paper and then new toner. This new drum finally fixed the problem, no more ghosted prints.

Print quality was a little light on the first few pages but has improved to what I would expect. Happy with purchase and would buy again.

The drum looked like an original. But the printer only continually displayed an error message to slide the corona wire wiper after the many times I removed the drum and just that. I had no option but to return it.

Didn't like that the box arrived mis-labeled as a "printer cartridge"? Fortunately, I read the earlier reviews that indicated similar mislabeling. So I was not bummed out and I probably would not have bothered opening the box had I not read the earlier reviews. So I went ahead and opened it and sure enough, it was exactly what I ordered which was the drum kit thankfully. Other than that, the drum kit works great so far along with a good price! Suggest that Amazon needs to address the mislabeling issue which may incur problems with future customers who don't read all the reviews. Just my two cents. Thx

I've wanted to have a backup drum unit (and toner) on the shelf because I got my MFC-L2700DW used from Goodwill. I've been very satisfied with all of the Brother laser printers / printer/scanners I've had and the MFC-L2700DWis no exception.So I wanted to be sure it would continue to be ready and able to work for me for the long run so I picked up this Drum unit and some Toners units also. Based on what I've seen so far, they both appear like they will be more than up to the job and will meet my expectations.I do know that checking the internet (or your manual) for how to "reset" the printer to recognize the new drum and/or toner cartridge is a good idea since it doesn't automatically recognize the swap from old to new units, and the reset process isn't obvious!
