I'm changing up to a 3 star because the machine has worked well... but the wheel sucks...the back left wheel on this thing has been and is busted, I have been working around it by jamming a screwdriver inbetween the joint after lifting it up.... but boy is it annoying because if you don't do it, it has uneven pad pressure and does not do the trick..... I wish it had two good wheels... It would be a five star from me then... I clean about 100 auto parts stores out on the west coast with this thing every month. It is a good product, just make sure you get one that is in proper working order.... If I can get this fixed I will upgrade review to a 5 star for sure as it is a great product, but the shipping company I suspect is at fault here. never use that shipping company again! BPO... they suck! I think they damaged it but I can't be sure... It seems to be just a faulty wheel thing... I dunno... I've examined it many times, All I can do is shove something in there and prop it up...
