We actually have 2 items from this company, we have a sweeper and this scrubber.. we ordered this for our cleaning business and the day it arrived it was broke, not because of the company but because of shipping ( it happens) BUT , let me tell you, we reached out to them to let them know and they were on it, we immediately got the part we needed to fix it and let me tell you it has been a life saver.. we highly suggest this scrubber and we have had nothing but GREAT Service from them… thank you guys yall are amazing …
