I don't know why but I received a phone call on Tuesday 8-11-2020 from the company ensuring me that they had the parts. I ordered the parts and they are scheduled to arrive today. As soon as I get around to the installation of those parts I will update this review further. After they have made an honest effort to help me I will make an honest effort to provide good information about their product.This is not only a piece of junk but you can't buy most replacement parts. I put this thing in the closet until my vacation because I needed a couple of days to scrub the tile and grout in my kitchen. By the time my vacation rolled around it was too late to return it. The brushes seemed to be on tight. I went 4 feet on my kitchen floor and the plastic male gear on the machine and the plastic female gear on the brushes melted and stripped thus becoming useless. After an exhaustive search on the internet and numerous attempts to get someone in their customer service to help me (once they find out what you want they put you on hold until you hang up) I just gave up. Don't waste your money on something so old that you can't buy parts for. Amazon needs to be sure spare parts are available and that the vendor will service the customer.

i love amazon because it helps me find accesorries or parts for machines. i made a big mistake. look carefully for the scrub brushes.Koblenz 6 Inch Scrub Brushes With 8 Notch Hub.. this is what you need. horrible decision, ruined one machine trying to use the stupid brushes as recommended by amazon. beware
