These are great bits. I ordered 1 to try and was so pleased we are now ordering 5 at a timeCut very clean pockets and last a long time. These last longer than most brands we have tried. These are now our go to 1/4 bits for our CNC based business. Highly recommend.

This bit performed great with no tear out in MDF and plywood. Well packaged and comes in a nice plastic storage sleave. will buy again.

I chose this 1/4" shank downcut spiral bit for general use around the shop, particularly for routing with my handheld router. I'm not a CNC user but I wanted a bit that would be useful for routing out designs in wood like signage, decoration and patterns.This bit certainly fits the bill. It cuts quickly and, being a downcut bit, leaves a nice top surface, clean of burrs and chips. Cutting shallow depths and increasing the depth with each pass made for nice clean finishes that look fantastic.I'm quite happy with this bit and after the first few uses, it still cuts beautifully. A decent compromise between cheaper bits that don't last and high-end bits that cost far more.

Comes in a solid little case for storage and quick identification!This bit is sharp and worked very efficient with my small handheld router! Very impressed!

I was very impressed with this 1/4" downcut bit from SHARPRO. These bits come very well packaged in a foil bag with a plastic case for the bit, very professional, although a bit overpackaged for what it is. The bit itself looks well made, and was very sharp. A downcut bit like this is ideal for CNC when cutting a any material that tends to tear-out as it shears the material in a downward direction instead of lifting up. I got nice clean cuts in oak with sharp edges and no fuzing, it also did well in maple. I compared this to a CMT branded bit with a similar geometry and found the 2 to perform similarly although the SHARPRO bit is a better price. If you are looking for a good downcut bit for your CNC this is a great option.This is an update to my review to note that I also tried the single flute upcut bit from SHARPRO. My comments regarding the overall quality are the same as the 2 flute downcut bit. These are great bits that compete with the big brands. For this single flute bit I used it on MDF and WOW, what I nice cut, this bit shears the material cleanly when you get the cutting speeds dialed in. Instead of dust the single flute gives you nice chips which is exactly what you are aiming for when cutting. Overall I really like these bits.

I bought the 5 pack because with a 1mm bit i fully expected to snap it at some point and need another. I cut 14 circles and it is still cutting well and going strong on the first bit! I'll be doing some detail inlay later and if it breaks I'll continue to be impressed!

Works fine,but the bit is to long.It makes an annoying loud squeak when using.
