The product itself was fine I did have to make the hole bigger for my pcv valve on my 93 chevy my mistake on size difference 😅

This will not last like the OE GM rubber grommet, but atleast it is available for purchase. In my experience the rubber turns to a plastic like consistency on these in a year or two here in the Texas heat witch the engine and engine compartment baking for hours after driving.

I've been looking for this dumb grommet forever, lol, hey, i love a clean factory look! and then it just pops up on Amazon, love it, cheap, fit perfect. Thanks to the other reviews that let me know that is indeed the grommet for the driver side valve cover on a tbi motor that goes from valve cover to the air cleaner spacer vent tube. I put it on a 87 tbi 350.

Old grommet was hard as rock, brittle, and would spin easily in the valve cover. The new one is soft, fits tight, and doesn't move freely. Makes a good seal. I'd argue it's not necessary to fix but I like touching up little details when I can

Pcv valve would not fit snug.. It kept coming off by its self. This new one i put in. And works great... i orderd the one for the other side its different then this one... 1995 Chevy suburban k 1500 5.7 tbi

Purchased this to replace a disintegrating D style breather grommet in 1988 350 Chev valve cover. Dorman fits perfectly and is exactly correct to OEM part being replaced - a true 1/2" inside diameter for your push-in breather solution. Feels like high-quality supple rubber material. Would buy again and will also purchase the Dorman grommet for the opposite valve-cover which houses the 3/4" I.D. PCV.

Dont have the vehicle anymore but fit my old 1995 Tahoe perfect. The old one crumbled off and was leaving an oily mess. Easy to pop in once the old ones out.
