Beautifully made, sturdy and good looking. The magnet is STRONG!!! You can screw the base piece in but I've only used the adhesive and these are doors get lots of use and no signs of coming loose. Great product!

Our bedroom door is next to an AC vent so it was constantly blowing the door closed. The door stop was easy to install and works great. The magnet is very strong and it does take some power when pulling the door closed.

We replaced our floors and now the gap between our doors and floors is deeper than before. I was having a terrible time finding doorstops large enough to work. These are amazing. Magnet is strong! My only complaint - I was sent an obvious returned item. One of the doorstops already had an adhesive patch attached (it was stuck to the inside of the box!) Thankfully it came with 5 more but shouldn’t have been sent a used product.

Works really well and looks good. We put it in our bedroom with a white door and wall so it doesn't look out of place. The magnet is strong but not annoyingly so. It also doesn't have to line up perfectly to work. The magnet catches on the edges too. I just used the sticking pads versus screwing it in. No issues so far with them not being strong enough. It's really nice to have both options. If the sticking pads wear off, I always have the option of attaching it differently.

Ok maybe not life changing but I wish I had known about these 10 years ago. I have 2 doors that naturally swing closed and my doggie gets trapped. I had been using a trash can to prop them open. This was so easy to attach to wall and door and has been working great since day one. also blends well into my oldhome with the antique brass options.

This was easy to install and definitely has a very strong magnetic attachment between the two pieces. I have only had it on the door for one week, and did not use the screws, but used the 3M backing to install.I only comment is that it keeps the door away from the wall further than I would like. I wish the stopper were just a tad shorter, but, it is working just as described and keeps the door from slamming shut when a breeze comes through the room.I got it in black as the gold was going to take quite a bit to get here. I think I would prefer the gold as my door knobs or gold. The black just stands out a bit, but you’re rarely going to see that unless you have the door to your room closed. So it’s not a game changer. I think for that price it was definitely worth it, and they are heavy, well-made pieces.

I was very worried at first about these because the magnetic connectoions seemed like it would be hard to open and possibly take off the 3m sticker that holds it in place. We put it on a sliding barn door that we needed bto keep shut to keep our dogs from opening. They can bump the door multiple times and get the door open. It works but just not for little dogs that want in. It was very easy to install and the adhesion stickers have not moved even with the dogs constantly getting in. They look very nice and will work perfectly big it's something needed for just the door to stay open or closed with our little fur babies trying to get in.
