Great! Had it for almost 3 years and only had to change the battery once. Set up was easy, the range is perfect. Was able to put the chime on the top floor and still hear through the home.

The function of the device works as promised, However it has 4 door chimes. The rest of the sounds it can produce are your basic sound effects from any cheap sound effect device not great for entry chime. If it had more door chime choices it would be much better. It works so it does function but I'm disappointed in chimes available.

This worked great for my friends barbershop to replace his failed one that was wired. The door sensors mounted without issue and seem to stick well. The chime worked from other side of the store everytime either door opened and he was happy that I could change the chime and volume. This works great for security for small businesses who need to know if someone has entered and they are in a area they otherwise would not notice someone entered. I looked at a few listed here and decided to try this one and glad I choose this because I set it up in minutes, it was affordable and works great!

product did as advertised until the battery lost power. I replaced the battery(purchased the 4 pack deal from Amazon) and unit did not work again. Blue light came on as it was suppose to do, followed the instructions on pairing up transmitter and receiver, but nothing worked. Any suggestions???

As in the title of the review, a great product and even ended up purchasing a second one.The setup can be confusing, less confusing if you actually read the instructions first. The loudest volume wasn't loud enough for me due to the size of the area; however, probably sufficient for most. I purchases a second one so the chime could be heard in other areas.It has a dizzying array of chime sounds to select from; most of which are completely worthless if you are looking for a door chime at your business.Setting the chime you selected is confusing, and did not work for me the first time. I followed the instructions, and after the reset couldn't get it to work at all. Gave up and was going to return it, then after reading the instructions again I noticed I had missed a step. Now everything works fine, to include pairing a second one.The contacts for the door came with an adhesive tape, works well. No screws or complicated installation. That pat literally took a few seconds.. The range is also good and as far as I can tell as advertised. I wish they volume could be louder (5 settings I think), and that here were more business related tones vs 48 that are not appropriate for businesses. The default tone is fine, selecting other tones and getting it to work is problematic.The QR Scan Code for instructions does not work (link has no content), there is no website, phone number or anything. You're on you own with no support what so ever. I almost gave it 3 stars just for that and the frustration but I went with four.However, as an inexpensive and effective solution, I would recommend this product..

Update: Someone by the name of Krista Kelly started emailing me from a personal email address asking me to remove this review. She offered me a $15 Amazon gift card to delete it. I refused, saying I wrote the review because I received a product that does not work. She never offered to replace or refund me. I mentioned I did not want a gift card, I wanted an operable product. She replied she would ask the boss and get back with me. In her email she talked about how important review are to her and asked me again to please remove my negative review. She later emailed again saying her boss said he could replace the product, but I needed to remove my review first. I refused. My concern is not this company's reputation, it is about the product I spent money on not working. They do not seem to see that and are only concerned about their reviews. If I receive a replacement product, I will update my review yet again.It worked great once we got it to work, it took a long time to get it to finally chime. Then it worked fine for a couple months. We had to unplug the base and put it in a different outlet, and since then it will not chime anymore. We have tried everything. Reading reviews tells me this is a common issue, unfortunately. When a door opens it is recognizing it, the lights all flash, it just will not make sound. Very disappointed.

Ordered this when we transitioned from crib to "big kid bed." Just what we were looking for. Easy install to toddler bedroom door with included tape. Plugged the receiver into that wall in our bedroom across the house. Worked instantly out of the box. It reaches very far through our house through walls even where we have trouble with monitors and wifi. Was perfect for almost a year. The sound on the receiver stopped working at around 8 months, only the light would flash. I contacted the company trough Amazon and they sent me a new receiver. It paired easily with the sensor already in place on the door and came quickly. I would give this less stars because it failed, but it really works great and the company solved my problem easily.
