We have the Eufy doorbell S330 and read reviews that said this chime was not compatible with it, but we took a chance and ordered 2 since the product description did not say it wasn't compatible. They work perfectly and connecting them to the doorbell was so simple. We went into the app, then settings, indoor chime and pressed the sync button on the chime and pressed CONNECT in the app. Done. They work great and allows us to hear the doorbell anywhere in the house.

Cannot add the device through the app. Following the steps: when scanning the QR code, a warning comes up:Warning: This device can be used directly without pairing in APP. please follow the instruction to launch the device. I cannot get this to pair with the E340 doorbell.

Works on my Euffy Wired Doorbell. Good way to add another chime in additional room if you need more coverage. These are not supper loud so just one ringer cant cover my entire house. I now have 3 and may order one more. Easy to add, just push "sink" botton on unit and push your doorbell button. Dont use the app.

This is the one device of three I am having problems installing. UPDATE. eufy support is working with me and I feel the problem wii be overcome.After some great support from Anker eufy it was determined that this chime was not compatible with my setup. I was given the proper part number, T8023, I ordered two and they were delivered and I installed them without problem. I am so impressed with the great support I was given by Anker eufy and their patience to see it to a successful end. I believe these products are of good quality and will continue to add them ass needed.

Bought this for my roommate who lives upstairs and doesn't hear the doorbell from there. Now, he does! Easy to add to the eufy app too.

Appears to be exactly the same as original doorbell chime that came with Eufy wired doorbell. Model number is T8740 which matches original. Very easy to install.

We ordered this so we could habe a second chime on the top level of our house. It was so easy to add on to our existing eufy doorbell system. Several different chines to choose from as well! Good price too .

This chime(ASIN: B07W7YM6C3) actually works the same as the included chime in the wired doorbell kit. Not sure why it cannot be found on the company website or Amazon (without the ASIN number). To set up, go into setting for the doorbell and add chime from there.

I tried to give this product a "0" star rating but amazon's review process will not permit it. I (and several tech savvy friends) have been trying to activate this chime for weeks since I purchased it. The instructions are poor and incorrect. The tech support telephone number does not allow you to speak to an actual person. I have been emailing with Eufy's tech support for several days. They have been completely ineffectual. End result: I have a useless indoor Eufy chime that will not pair with the Eufy video doorbell. Do not buy this product! Now I know why everyone purchases Ring doorbells.

Installed easily. Works reliably. It’s easy to change the ring tone. The tones are a little distorted, but not annoyingly so.

Great purchase for $100. The camera quality is great. Definitely a necessary item when getting so many package deliveries. The Eufy Security app works flawlessly. Even though it comes with a chime, I also purchased a 2nd add-on chime ($30) for it to have it plugged into the back of the home. The best part is that they are no monthly subscription fees even though I have live video feed and can download videos to my phone.

Eufy did a great job designing this. Unbelievably easy to install and a top quality product. The video is superb, the chimes sound great (I think it has 8 to choose from), and the installation instructions were very well designed so that a child could have easily done it and all at a great price point. Bravo Eufy. I know it sounds like I must work for them but nope, just a very happy customer. I also have their robo vacuum and it's just as good. I'll be watching for their other products.
