Works well until it doesn't anymore.Love it cause holds large amount of water and keeps my dogs water fresh and clean.After 9 months pump will not turn on anymore, LED does not illuminate.Seller offers pump but it comes from China with approx shipping time of 2 months. Price is a little high @ $20 for just the pump.Update** pump arrived in 1 week time despite 2 months shipping estimate.

Buy it! I have an English Mastiff who can take in a lot of water at once, and sheds like nobody's business. This water fountain helps her have fresh water all the time without me having to change it every hour. The filter helps catch hair and dirt etc. Keep the filters and the pump clean, and it works like a dream. Quiet, large capacity, easy to maintain, and the seller is very responsive and helpful if you need them.

Update: the company sent me a new pump to make it right. They have a 90 day warranty - I didn’t know. I would also advise to clean your pumps regularly and take them apart completely to prolong its life as long as possible. I really love this pump! It’s simple compact, quiet and efficient.Old review: I’m hoping I can get a new one bc otherwise, I love this dog water fountain. It’s quiet, and holds a good amount of water. The design is not too bulky. I’m so sad about the pump. I will update this review if they remedy this situation.

I got this fountain/water bowl for my pets. I liked the idea of filtration and the red light when it was empty. Except 98% of the time, the red light doesn’t come on when it’s actually empty. I’ve tried replacing the filters, cleaning it and just everything and anything. And when looking at it, if the blue light is on you can’t really tell it’s empty because of how dark the plastic is. The filter part is great but DO NOT buy this if you’re buying it for the red light warning. I figured the red light would be great for when I’m not home and my teenagers can’t miss it. I regret not letting it run out of water when we first got so I’d know it does not work and could have returned it.

I love everything about this fountain! It's so quiet. When it starts to make noise like the sound of water running...it means the bowl is almost empty. My red light stopped working but my blue light is always on.

I've tried multiple different water fountains now for my pet and this is by far my favorite! It holds almost 8 L of water which is astounding! My German shorthaired pointer drinks water like it's going out of style so this is great! I find that the pumps to these fountains never last but thankfully it's not trying to create a huge fountain effect from the bowl.Love it! Definitely worth the price.

This holds a good amount of water but is slightly flimsy plastic that warps when lifting the full container out of the sink. It also still lights up but the pump no longer works after 4 months even after proper cleaning. Will be trying a different model to replace.

Bought this after using those huge water filters for my dogs, I always hated to refill the big ones because it always made a mess around the area. This is super easy to fill and with the filter system your dog is not drinking dirty water all the time. Yes, my dogs sometimes would be pick and I would have to dump the water before it was empty because they didnt like the water just staying there.With this one they get filtered water and it doesnt make a big mess. I just refill from the top and when the water is running low it let you know by flashing a red light. Great purchase and I've been using for about 3 months now.

***Update*** The seller responded and offered to replace the two pumps that came with the purchases of this fountain. I have seven dogs (three huskies that shed ALOT, and four smaller dogs) and keeping clean, fresh water can be difficult with other water bowls. I particularly liked that the pump shows a red light when the water is low, and that there's a filter to catch the hair. I cleaned the fountain and replaced the filters once a week and cleaned the pump with the small brush that came with it. After a few weeks, the pumps stopped pumping but would still show the blue light. I bought a new pump ($20) and it also wasn't pumping. The seller was amazing, they responded quickly and replaced the two original pumps. I'm not sure what happened during transport, but the back wasn't fully attached to one of the new pumps, and the impeller cover piece was slightly lifted. I didn't know that this piece was detachable and that the impeller can be removed, but it does and it's simple/easy to remove and replace. This prompted me to check the original pumps and see if there was something stopping/blocking the impeller. I removed the impellers and there was a hair wrapped around it, which I assumed was the reason for the pump not working properly. When I cleaned it and put it back together, it worked beautifully again. It's quiet so it doesn't bother us when we're asleep. The replacement filters are $20 for 6, and can probably last longer than a week for people without shedding dogs. I do have some suggestions for the seller. (1) I believe an instruction card or images on this post would have been really beneficial when cleaning this pump, especially since the inside pieces appear to be one piece. Another option could be sending the product disassembled so the buyer would know how to disassemble it to clean it. (2) The plastic bowl could be thicker. The fountain itself seems sturdy until it's full of water, then it feels weak and the walls shift. The water slightly distorts the side walls and makes it difficult to place the top back on as well. It seems like the plastic base would crack if it was dropped. (3) Including the option to buy replacement bowls/lids instead of purchasing the entire fountain if there's an issue (like a crack). All things considered, the fountain is a great product and definitely worth the price. The customer service is amazing and they've definitely earned my business!Original post:[I love the idea of this fountain. We’ve had cats for 25+ years and I’ve purchased at least 5 different brands and types of cat fountains. This one is leaps and bounds better than any I’ve ever purchased in the past. It has a huge water reservoir with a light that blinks when the water level is low. I love this for so many reasons, mainly being that I don’t have to fill it up as often and I can see when it’s too low. The gray tinted base that holds the water stops mold and bacteria from growing in it (which is the #1 issue with fountains). It also has very few parts which is so much easier to clean. It came with a small wire brush to clean it and an extra filter (which is also a plus). It is SUPER quiet when it runs (as in I can’t hear it at all). There’s literally nothing better than a quiet fountain. My old ones were always loud and I hated hearing the constant dripping. This one has a quiet motor and even though the old cat loves drinking from the faucet (which he only has 1 designated faucet we let him drink from) he still loves to drink from the circulating water in this fountain. The price is extremely reasonable; in the past I’ve paid over $100 for a fountain. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this foundation!
