Well made camera. Excellent image quality. I needed software for a Windows 7 computer, which wasn't included. I emailed tech support. They replied the same night with a link to download the software and offered follow-up help. Success!

The image quality is great, and it has a lot of above-and-beyond features like buttons to freeze the image or flip it horizontally or vertically, all on-device (no special software install needed). It presents itself to the computer as a standard webcam device, so it'll work with any software you need. I tested it with OBS and Discord and they both worked perfect.

Everything about this is amazing it works great for classes and anything over zoom. Making presentations could not be easier wishing I had this device for everything I have to do via computers prior to my purchasing it. I have had it for months already and it still works amazingly well can not say one negative thing about this item!

I bought this docu camera based on the great reviews. My camera did not connect to my Mac. The remote was stuck on the lock mode and the adapter provided did not fit the usb.I am buying another one in hopes that the one I got was defective. I will change my review based on the next one.Update* costumer service has been exceptional. They messaged me and came up with solutions, they’ve followed up almost daily and after receiving a replacement docu camera I can say that the image is clear, the arm length on the camera is good for slightly bigger paper and the remote comes in handy. The only issue I have is that there isn’t an app for this docu camera. If you’re using a Mac you view the camera’s view through QuickTime Player or Photobook. I spoke to the company and they’re working on an app which will hopefully launch in October. I think with the app and for the price, this docu camera is a must have for teachers. Im very happy with this document camera.
