We swapped out a Surface Laptop dock with this thing. Interface is USB-C - Charges the Surface Laptop via USB-C and both external monitors work file. A++

Really neat design and I love seeing the screen to ensure things plugged in are working as expected. It is a great dongle and the housing feels premium.However, the UI built in often crashes (like 1 out of every 4 times I try to use it), freezing the screen and preventing the menu button from functioning. Unplugging and plugging anything providing power and plugging it back in always fixes it.Also, there is a major lack of documentation as none is provided in packaging and nothing available online. If you want to know what this will do, you'll have to experiment and hope you find everything.

As a content creator, having a fast SD card reader is a must, and this little device delivers. It is also really compatible with Linux, and the fast USB ports supports external NvME devices beautifully.One HDMI port also supports 4K@120Hz display rates, which is nice for a bit of gaming.A very, very good option, if you just have to have the best laptop dock available.

I have a few docks for my gaming systems but they can be bulky. This dock is perfect, has plenty of ports and supports up to 2 4k monitors. The addition of SD card reader built in is also a win. This is my go to travel dock and I use it with my Asus 18" laptop, MacBook Pro, Rog Ally X, Steam Deck OLED, Legion Go and even my Samsung S24 sometimes (for Dex). The build quality is great and I will likely be getting one of their nvme enclosures to match.
