I bought a set of these DMEX HID 6000K for my Volvo xc70 t6 exactly one year ago, Feb 2024, to replace my low beam OE factory Phillips HID 4300K that came with the car when I bought it used in 2016. The Phillips were nearly new at that time, installed by the original owner and so documented.As of Feb. ’25,the DMEX pair are still working satisfactorily with no deal breaker issues.They are a perfect fit, easy to install in my model, do not flicker, and ramp up to full brightness in seconds.I recently lost a high beam, and am going to replace with a pair of this DMEX product without reservation.The 6000K DMEX out of the box brightness and distance was not all that much better (not quite the flame throwers I had hoped) than the OEM 4300K Phillips, and have dimmed somewhat by a visually estimated 20% or so, but still sufficiently and safely light the road ahead: Realistically, It’s about what I expected at this price point ($32) so I’m not disappointed. Others might be.Considering the price, dimming is not surprising. All HID bulbs dim over time, regardless of price. Higher quality brands at higher price points tend to take longer to dim, IME, and last considerably longer: I don’t expect these to last nearly as long, and for the price/performance that’s ok by me.The overall value of more expensive brands vs DMEX, et. al., is questionable, IMO.My OE Phillips also dimmed, but took a couple of years longer to do so, and steadily degraded until failure. They lasted nearly 7 years, but were not efficacious the last year or two of their life due to how dim they were when they died.At 4300K they did perform slightly better in rain/fog, due to the more yellow end of their scale (DMEX and others do offer 4300K).In spite of reviews expressing doubts about DMEX and other low cost HID brands durability and longevity, my set is holding up a year out (one even got wacked in a fender bender and still works). If they failed tomorrow I would still be satisfied with the longevity for the price. At $32 anymore is a bonus, until the dimming becomes untenable.A set of Phil’s or Osram’s can cost anywhere from $100 to $200, but I’ve noticed that some vendors have lowered the price significantly since last year – no doubt due to price pressure from the new generation of competitive manufacturers (competition is a wonderful thing).Still, the DMEX pair are approx $75 - 150 less currently than the OE Phillips, and though even somewhat dimmed a year out, provide safe lighting and are a considerable value over the still ridiculously priced Phillips or other similar "high end" brands.I have not as yet found it necessary to contact or test either DMEX or AMZ’s customer service/support for this product, because, after a year, I’ve had no reason to do so, since they are still performing. Other reviews have expressed satisfaction with CS for this product.I paid $31.99 for them a year ago and are today listed at $33 (a pair!). I find them an excellent value for price and performance.I will update this review when details and performance warrant reporting.

Bought these for my daughters mini cooper clubman S and they not only are brighter but these bulbs for two cost me 1/4 of what auto parts stores were charging for 1 bulb and you were selling them as a pair!!!!! Absolutely can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you!!! 10/10!!!

I installed these Headlight Bulbs in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland, and I’m really happy to see it works! The warm white color looks great—nice and bright without being harsh.

Product came very quickly (less than 24 hours) and worked as described (very bright, similar to OEM light). There are many videos available on the internet that help you figure out how to swap out an HID bulb for a 2010 Camaro. And the cost of the HID bulb is good compared to other retailers. Thank you.

Ordered this on a whim for my 2011 e70 BMW X5 35d instead of paying $104 for a single bulb through autozone or oreilly. I previously bought the $104 bulb for my right headlight and this install was honestly a little easier as the DMEX fit onto the stock adapter easier than the expensive bulb. It looks good so far, I’ll update this if I have any issues driving but it’s as bright if not brighter than the other bulb I bought. Great value, good fit for the x5. Highly recommend before buying an OEM or top shelf bulb.

These HID replacement bulbs have made such a difference for me as I was initially not sure why my lights were not working since both my low and high beams on both sides quit working all at the same time. So I figured there was no way it could be the bulbs because what are the chances that not one, not two, but FOUR bulbs all burned out at the same time? So I did some research and I bought a single headlight replacement ballast thinking that it needed it, nope it wasn't that. Also did things like checked fuses and relays, basically did the whole 9 yards when it comes to trying to get the issue resolved because I had been driving around with only fog lights being used in place of regular headlights since fog lights were the only set that still worked.THEN I found out that my low beams and my high beams used the same bulb on each side, they just tilt to a different angle to light the way when switching from low beams to high beams and vice versa. So then I thought that the bulbs most likely did just burn out at the same time afterall, since it was only 2 bulbs that needed to fail simultaneously rather than 4 like I initially thought.So I went online, ordered these ones since they said they would fit my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit, and they were also going to be delivered same day as well which was a deal maker for me because I was ready and determined to have working headlights again!They came about 5 hours later, as promised, the packaging was great as it was appealing to look at and it also kept the lights held tightly snug between the foam in the box to prevent shaking around and possible damage to the bulbs. The price on this set was also unbelievably affordable compared to OEM and other familiar names, and most importantly was that the price was literally a fraction of the cost of the auto store replacement hid bulbs, yes 29.99/a set of 2 sure does beat 139.99/1 bulb at the local auto store!2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND SUMMIT — They fit perfectly in my vehicle, however I think that hid bulbs are typically rather difficult to replace in most vehicles compared to standard bulbs just due to the precise placement and to prevent them from being an easy target of theft since they are quite expensive, and because of how spendy they are I'd actually prefer some level of difficulty accessing the bulb's location in the vehicle.I got the 6000k and they are very bright, much brighter than my previous set which it is unknown if they were the stock set. I often times get brights flashed at me from vehicles passing me going the opposite way as they assume that I have my high beams on, when I only have my low beams on so that should emphasize how bright they really are! The 2 year warranty is just a great bonus because I'd purchase these bulbs again if they were to burn out prematurely especially since the purchase of 2 sets still doesn't even add up to the amount I might've spent for just 1 had I purchased them at an auto store or if I had opted for a more well-known brand.Still undecided? Well....THE SHORT ANSWER is that these HIDs are most definitely worth it so if you're still up in the air, trying to decide whether or not to opt for purchasing HID replacements from DMEX, you won't be disappointed at all if you do! They don't get more affordable than this for a quality product and also the 2 year warranty pretty much guarantees that quality if you still have any doubts!
