I love this machine. It is awesome. I don’t know why I didn’t buy one a long time ago. It helps count the money and I don’t have to keep track. Awesome product. Thank you.

This type of money counting jar is spot on for any child or adult who has loose change to store.Setup was easy (batteries) and it looks very attractive as well! This jar isn't too bulky, in fact it's just the right size for coin storage. The digital counter is easy to read. The material is from plastic, which prevents accidental breakage. It's actually less expensive that I thought it would be!This is the type of jar any teen (or adult) would love to have, as they can see exactly how much change has been collected and no more loose change scattered throughout the room.

This is pretty neat with two issues. One, putting the coins in is no easy feat if you're intending it for a child. Pressing the coin into the slot takes some elbow grease, so to speak, and a little kid would struggle. Second, and it goes hand in hand with the first but is important- if you're pressing the coin into the slot and it pops back up from the resistance, the machine counts it so when you press again to get it to go in, it thinks that was two coins and counts it a second time. Not a problem if you're a grown up and push them in proper the first time, but for a kid, it can give false numbers and ruin things when they have less than what it shows. Design flaw for sure.

After running $100 of various coins through the lid all I can say is ouch. The way the lid works is you wedge the coins between a solid side and a moveable side. It determines the coin based on the distance between the two sides. I assure you the tension between them could be softened by a considerable amount. More than once a coin would roll back, the lid would register a smaller coin, and then count the actual coin once you pressed it through. Its a neat concept and after cashing in the coins I currently have I'll be swapping from the gallon jug to this. Since its not uncommon to go weeks without using cash it'll take years to fill this thing up. Long gone are the days of people filling up multiple 5 gallon water jugs....

Ilit does exactly what it claims to do. It adds up the value of your coins and continually reports the total to you on its digital display. It also tells you the value of each coin you place into the plastic jar.If for some strange reason it decides, for example to count a penny as a dime, you can manually adjust the total amount to more accurately reflect what is in the jar. That is the good news. The bad news, and there is only one negative issue that I have discovered. You have to physically enter the coins into this bank one at a time! Each coin has to go through the coin slot by itself for the total to be accurate.I removed one star because this is a painfully slow process, if your like me and you have a bowl full of coins on your dresser that all needed fed into this bank. Now, keep in mind, as long as you daily place your coins into this bank, it will not be such an enormous task. Literally just 15 to 60 seconds each day.Overall I really like this bank and I think I would have paid twice as much for if it would allow me to enter several coins at the same time. Even if they had to be the same denomination of coin, that would be a great upgrade!
