This hot pot seems to work well. It boils water quickly and the control is easy to use. It’s a good size for a family of 6. The divider allows you to use two types of amounts of spice to please different family members. I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because the handle on the lid is cheaply made and the pot is made of very thin metal. It seems to work well though.

Bought this for my boyfriend and i so we could have shabu dates at home. We have used it 3 times now and it works great. The pot comes to a boil in about 10 mins and cooks everything very fast. We love the size, and that it has 2 sides so we can try different broths. Very easy to clean.Only con is the handle on the lid doesn’t screw in all the way but it still seals and works enough.

The pot is well made and looks nice, but it's just not powerful enough.The soup/water would take a long time to heat up, and once it finally boils, it would either be high bubbly boiling where it would be splashing, or when you lower the temp a bit, it would not "boil" at all...So, honestly, not ideal for hotpot. I've now stopped using it and opted for gas burner and just a normal pot.

Only it used it once so fingers crossed ! I used as directions said to and it worked great for my first hotpot at home. The added ladles were a great plus and I did love how the pot is detachable and super easy to clean. Cooks decently fast once you get it to a broil once, slight smell during first uses but otherwise great and has been added as a staple appliance for my kitchen

Love having hot pot at home. Three heat settings and it boils pretty fast. I actually used one side to cook the noodles and the others side for the proteins and veggies. It fits a decent amount of food. Can easily serve two people and it cooks fast enough for four people to enjoy the meal. I used a kettle to preheat hot water so it was ready to refill the pans for second servings.

I have bought this hotpot in March, it’s been working fine for a while, doesn’t heat up that quickly but could live with it. However it just broken down suddenly in November even I have maintained it properly. The lights seem to be working but not heating up anymore. Not worth buying unless you just want a hotpot with short duration

This was easy to use and exactly what we needed. Beware though it makes a gallon of soup. We were eating it for days. I love the utensils it came with and the easy pot that could be tossed in the fridge. It is a little slow to heat up at first but nothing that doesn’t make this still fun.

My wife and I have been through several different hotpots and this one so far has been the best. The main reason is that the burner heats very evenly and gradually so you dont have super hot spots right in the center of the pot. The dual sides make it easy to enjoy two different flavored broths and it even came with some spoons and strainers which wasnt expected when we made the purchase.
