My husband loves this tool, and willingly does yard work every week now. Only complaint is that he'll sometimes get a little too carried away and our shrubs look a little over-trimmed. It's held up the entire season, and so far it doesn't show any signs of quitting.

I purchased the Dewalt 60V weed trimmer, in retrospect I should have done the 20V/60v as it would have given me more options on my battery use. It is long but adjustable. I recommend purchasing a shoulder strap to make the lift and hold easier. It cuts through everything I put it on, except the hidden steel hook under a bunch of vines!!! I have this, the Edger, and the Weed trimmer. Note you will have to modify the edger attachment. Overall a useful product for your entire yard.

It is decent for what it is, but they could have engineered the device to change the angle a little better. Right now, I have to use a screwdriver to push in the detent. You should be able to change the angle without the aid of other tools. But it cuts well enough.

I read the reviews about it breaking on first use and thought that couldn't happen to me. It happened to me. It broke on the first use (as has happened for so many others). DeWalt no longer stands for quality. Customer Service was not helpful. They did not apologize for the trouble, tried to blame me, and said I could pay to ship it to a service center but would be charged if they deem I misused it.Seriously avoid DeWalt. It's just a nameplate for a cheap mega-conglomerate, and it is being run that way. They truly do not care about the customer. Just find something with good reviews and don't just buy for the name like I did.

Super easy to attach, cuts through brush and shrubs like a beaver. Attached to a Dewalt string trimmer the whole thing is a little heavy and awkward but as far as it’s ability to trim bushes and hedges, works as advertised.

I could not use it it's not compatible with the dewalt chain saw way different hookup.if your not satisfied with this there is no free return it will cost just as much to send it back.

My husband had been wanting this, so I ordered it for him. He just used it for the first time a few days ago and he loved it! He uses only DeWalt tools so this attachment sit with his batteries and on his other tools and he used it in our neighbors yard because they have some wild vines growing and he said it really, really worked great!
