HOW TO USE THE 2-IN-1 GROOMING TOOL FOR BEST RESULTS

Brush with the 9-tooth side using short and gentle strokes to remove mats, tangles, and debris. Use detangling spray if needed.

Work on one mat at a time without pulling the skin or combing through the mat in one stroke. Keep using short strokes.

We rescued a long haired domestic cat six months ago and just recently she's had some matting behind her front paws. This worked wonders, slow, patient, when she would let me but it finally gave away and she's so happy! Thank you for this nifty brush.

Works really well on my short hair cross cat. She matts pretty easy from grooming, so this, in tandem with some anti tangle spray makes easy work. Two different sides you can use, one that's wider spaced to loosen and the finer side to get them out.

I really love the functionality and total usefulness of this cat dematter! I have a beautiful 28 lb long hair Mane Coon cat. He gets numerous mats, especially mid winter. I always felt terrible having to try to cut them with scissors. I found this tool and am so glad I did. It's gentle, yet strong and he thinks it just brushing time. I am able to use this grooming tool with ease. Don't use it as a regular brush unless you are looking to do a lot of thinning. I have used it as a thinner in a couple of problem areas, such as his back near his tail as a preventative measure. This tool is great for your long hair fur baby.

I have 4 long hair cats and they all hate being groomed! Recently two of them got into something that got their fur really matted. I tried several brushes and combs, but nothing was working and they were getting worse. I tried this brush and it was awesome!! It sort of “raked” the mats out as I brushed their fur. I was able to brush them without pulling too hard to get the mats out. And my cats stayed calm as I did it, they liked being brushed. I would recommend this to anyone for regular grooming and definitely for matted fur.

Feels sturdy in hand, worked to deshed wavy medium-length hair (border collie/lab mix), and easy to clean. Worked great for about eight months, and then the handle broke off while in use. Turned out to be a good thing because I replaced it with a brush that I and my dog like much better.

Our cat has had one spot of matted fur on her back for months and it has been driving me insane. I finally googled how to remove it and then turned to Amazon to find a tool. I didn’t imagine the process would go well as she doesn’t normally care to be brushed. Less than an hour after the package was delivered (a day earlier than expected, too!), she was comfortably in my lap and we got to work. The mat was gone in mere minutes! And she enjoyed when I continued with the deshedding side, too. I should have bought one of these way sooner. She doesn’t usually get mats but does shed, and boy did we get some loose hair out with the deshedding side. Hopefully this tool will work on dog, too, even though his coat is much shorter. I like that this item is a two in one tool, and the price is right. At a store this evening I saw a deshedding tool and a dematting tool - 2 separate but comparable tools - and they were $19.99 each. This product works and is a bargain to boot! No regrets here!

I got this for my bernedoodle, its a really great grooming tool. This comb allows me the detangle my dogs hair . It's easy to hold and works really good.

Can’t believe how much under coat this tool removed from my cat. It even made it easier to remove those troublesome knots. Would highly recommend this tool even for short haired pets.
