Ez curl bar combined with the consistent tension of a cable. It's great. I did take the endcaps off. But yeah very high quality product

I work at 2 gyms that have close (narrow) cable machines. I bought one of these for both gyms! Love it! πͺπΌ

I bought this to replace another bar when a swivel's bearing ring literally fell apartI have been using this bar three times a week for over two weeks. It is solid and has a good heft to it. There are links at the end and one in the middle so you can vary where to hook up your resistance bar. the padding is good without being 'squishy.'

The recommended bar was no longer being sold by blastics bands. So I found this one and it ie heavy and sturdy. Well made with clips on the end that are metal and a good buy. I use it with my resistance bands for presses, curls and lat pulls. Just like the gym. I would recommend this item.

I I have a smart home gym--speediance gym monster, and this is an excellent bar for curing curls and other exercises with a little bit less stress on my shoulders and wrists. Works very well with the machine. Would likely also work with some resistance bands if you have some. I tried some other more expensive bars, but this is the best I've tried by far and it was cheaper too!

At less than $50 on sale and free shipping I finally decided to purchase this. I saw it months back but did not want to pay full price for it. I only saw a few competitors to this on Amazon but they lack the attachment hook for a lat pulley and online have only the side hooks so this is why I wanted this one. I would have given this a 5 star rating instead of 4 but I do not particulary like having a rubber grip on the bar, I would prefer it knurled even if passive. I also do not like that you have to check the ends of it to make sure it doesn't loosen. I do like that at least it comes with a alan wrench to tighten it with. I tried this with a lat pulley and it works best there. I also tried it for seated rows and works almost as well for that. I have not tried this with my resistance bands yet. I was guessing this could hold 100lbs based on its weight and being solid metal but that is all the description says. Inside the box it states its made by Marcy and can hold up to 200lbs.
