So far so good. Was no fun to get the old ones out, but these seem to be performing well so far.

Simple installation. These bushing eliminated a common corrosion issue with Wrangler door hinges.

Only draw back is had to remove my rails to remove the factory inserts on the bottom hinges, couldnt get enough room for leverage. But these inserts make doors on and off so much easier

Definitely fixed my seized doors on my 2009 jku. Removal of the original bushings was the hardest part. Install of the new parts with the supplied tools was very easy.

If your bushings are destroyed from road salt or old age, I highly recommend these. Replaced on two different JKUs, one of them being from a road salt area. The doors were a pain to remove on one, and so were the bushings. The damage went to the hinges and those needed to be replaced as well. Once the old bushings were out, using a combination of the included tool, a chisel, punch, mini sledge and body hammers, the install was a breeze. Removing the doors is easier now. The other JKU was in and out in a few minutes as there was no damage to the OEM bushings, but after 10 years I figured I would replace them.

I read the instructions and blew them off. I regret everything. I didn't pretreat the hinges like it said to. So I was banging the old sleeves out and in the process I tweaked the hinges of the doors. So I'm still trying to get all the doors to seat properly. Also take your time. I also got a few Knicks in the body and scratched it in a couple of places. Other than that, Maybe throw some lube down them before installing the doors. I have one that doesn't fall all the way down the hinge and another one that doesn't open and close the easiest. But it still works better than my old ones so hey that's something. Overall they're still cheap and worth it if you take your time and do it right.

I have had my Jeep for a month and the factory hinge inserts were pretty corroded, to the point where I had to soak them with WD-40 then fight to pull them off. The OEM metal inserts took some work to punch out, after they were out I cleaned the hinge and put a very small amount of grease in. These new inserts slid right into place with just enough of a snug fit to stay when pulling the doors off. My doors swing a lot easier now and they just lift right off as they should. Only thing left to do is to see how they hold up over time and through NY winters. If you fight with your doors then this is definitely the upgrade you need!!
