It looks like it is counter intuitive with the design but it works! It doesn’t seem as sturdy as it could be, kinda wiggles around a bit but it gets the job done. I don’t want to bend over and pull weeds so this has been very helpful.

Handle broke easily after a few pulls on hard clay soil.... The seller used metal joints but still the bamboo stick is too weak to sustain the hard pull.... buyer be aware if you have hard clay soil those pulls won't last a few days. I bought this dec last year and it only lasted one month of pulling.

I bought it to keep weeds in my garden in check! I can no longer get down on my knees to pull weeds easily (or at all really)! My son (an adult) at first thought it was a waste of money! But while he was helping me in the garden last spring he tried it and was immediately SOLD ON ITS TRUE WORTH! Score one for Mom! I did research what Amazon said about this product and it was a Great Find on my part!A weed free garden at 75, yes it works! Read directions carefully as I a novice gardener foundthe directions a little tricky but very doable! My son had no problems at all! Durable, Great Quality and does as Promised!

This tool changed my life. I mean, seriously, who wants to bend down and grab weeds over and over, or move a stool around your yard? I’m barely over 40, but I like my back to NOT hurt, thank ya.This thing works so well, it’s super fun to do actually. My partner and I fight over who is using it next. Get one and change your mind about weeds altogether!It’s sturdy, not too heavy and makes your life easier!

I purchased this in the spring and pulled a 5 gallon bucket full of mostly dandelions (other weeds too) shortly after it arrived. Worked perfect with a slightly damp soil. Worked in drier areas of the lawn too but noticeablly better where damp. Most of the time it removed the entire root but sometimes the root broke off. I was curious if the weeds where some of the root broke off would grow back. They did NOT. Yes, it leaves behind a small hole in the lawn from the soil around the root, but I considered it aeration and quickly the hole eroded in. I'm curious how the screw together joints will hold up over time, but I should be able to easily make a new handle if needed I highly recommend this puller.

It works great, however it did break on the pole. Customer Service was excellent at remedying the issue.

Nice quality, easy to assemble. And it works to pull up weeds such as dandelions. I would say the only complaint is if you are weeding while the ground is damp/moist, clearing the weed grabber for the next weed gets a little dirty since mud could be present; recommend wearing gloves so your hand doesn't get dirty
