They do their job well, especially with price in mind. May be a little too big for someone with smaller wrists or someone who likes a tighter more restrictive grip, but quite intuitive/straight forward to use.

Had these like 2 years ago and finally lost them at the gym (stolen) but they are great and can help pull a lot. I used them primarily for deadlift 440 lbs and definitely can go way higher with no problem!!

Wow, I got these after reading about someone with a messed-up elbow and how much they helped him. That’s the only reason. Today was a light deadlift day, so I thought it was a good time to give them a shot. Once you figure out how to use them, you’ll really appreciate them. I absolutely love them. The weight moves so smoothly, especially during that third set, which is always tough on light deadlift days. I still need to find a faster way to put them on and get them secure, though – I’m spending too long in the bottom position getting ready when I used to just grab the bar and lift. I can’t wait to try them out on my heavy deadlift day next week. And hey, if my messed-up right elbow happens to heal up in the meantime, that’ll just be a bonus!

I have terrible issues with my hands so I needed grips to be able to do upper body properly. Especially my back days— these are well made, sturdy, the fabric is soft enough it doesn’t irritate my skin.Biggest piece of advice is measure your wrists properly before ordering. Figure 8 straps only work size wise IF you have the right size.

These straps have to be some of the best I’ve used over the years for deadlifting and a few other heavy pulling movements. They are very well made and are extremely thick which means it will definitely last for some time.If your looking to purchase don’t hesitate they are a great set of straps to put in the gym bag

IF YOU'RE QUESTIONING THE SIZING READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING.OVERALL QUALITY IS GREAT, NICE STITCHING AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS ARE NOT MEANT TO DENIGRATE THE PRODUCT.Male lifter, 245 and wrists are around 7.25 inches. After reading multiple reviews stating these straps fit looser than expected I ordered mediums. Received these a few days ago and played around with them on a narrow diameter bar I keep in the basement; they seemed rather tight. Finally got a chance to try them on a full sized barbell and can confirm that they're too small for me. If I use a thumbless grip I can just get my palm over the bar but it's too high up in the hand.I suspect the issue is my hands being relatively meaty (I can close a #2 CoC several times). Since these straps have to run across the hand any extra volume there will take up slack. If your wrists are over 7 inches and you have big hands jump up to the larges.

I have very petite wrists at 6" but the size small straps are way too small and the size medium straps are huge. With the size small I can't get my thumb around the bar for deadlifts which alters my grip. With the mediums they are so loose they slip off the top of my hands. I'm still on the hunt for a comfortable figure 8 strap.

This is an extremely well made product, very strong but still a comfortable material. I bought the 70 cm option which proved to be perfect for lateral pull down work and allowed me to train with heavier weights. For dead lifts I would probably recommend purchasing a larger size for male lifters - the 70 cm option was perfect for my girlfriend on dead lifts. With a larger size any excess length could be eliminated by twisting the straps so I recommend buying large !!
