Offset Housing Kit to supplement the DBB Door Lock Mortiser by Souber Tools. This housing is used to offset the location of drilling an edge bore in a door or door jamb. Using the same vertical bar and clamp system, the attachment has a sliding drive shaft housing, so that mortises can be cut off-center. This flexible attachment allows the cutting of hinge recesses and the mortise for the strike plate on door frames of less than 90mm (3.54") thick.
