This is very easy to use! Instructions are clear and has great recipes. You have to play with the timing, I used 3 minutes, that can differ. The size of the waffle maker fits perfectly on my counter and I don't have much room! Cleaning is quick and easy and takes up little space in a cabinet.

This makes perfect waffles. It heats up quickly and cooks well. I like my waffles crispy brown on the outside and I can get them this way with this maker. It really is nonstick without adding any extra oil. Plug it in and by the time you make the batter it will be ready to cook.

This waffle iron is nice and big. The overflow feature works well to prevent dripping and making it easier to clean. The waffles cook thoroughly but don’t seem to brown evenly.

Great waffle iron, classic design with perfect improvements such as the over-spill tray. It's very easy to use and keep clean. We've loved ours so much we've bought more and given them as gifts! You won't find anything better, especially for the price, so stop looking and buy it!

I really like this waffle maker. Especially the overflow chamber that makes waffle sticks. I purposely overfill it every time to get waffle sticks. The size is also convenient, it makes nice size waffles in one cook cycle, especially if you're cooking for a lot of people. I always make extra and freeze some to put in the toaster at a later time. I like that it came with a little waffle recipe book too. Works great and has never burned my waffles.

When we first received the Waffle Iron it had a crack on the outside which look like it had been dropped possibly by the delivery person. As soon as I let the waffle iron company know, the immediately sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service. We have had it for a month or so now and it works perfect. The waffles come out exactly as we wanted them to. Cooked to perfection. I recommend this waffle iron and the company for an excellent product and excellent customer support.
