I purchased this because the Keto Twins recommended it. I made their recipe for chaffles and used them to make a chicken sandwich. I loved how crispy/crunchy they were. This morning I made “egg discs” (photo) just beaten eggs (2) grated cheese (maybe 3/4 c) diced ham and s & p. Cooked up really quickly. It really is easy to clean-just put damp paper towels between the top and bottom (after unplugging it) and let it steam. Open when cool and any gunk adheres to the paper towel.I plan on making a bunch of these and popping them in the freezer to reheat in the toaster or microwave.I think this will help me keep me on keto track!

I bought this waffle maker, because I liked the idea of making 4 small waffles at the same time. Since I have multiple mouths to feed in my home I wanted to get waffle making done faster. I love the fact that it has over flow compartments, it makes it very convenient and less messy waste. I would recommend this one to anyone.

I've had this waffle maker for a little over a year, and I use it to make a big batch of waffles about once a week. Overall, I've been very happy with it. If you are looking for something to make waffles at home that are similar to frozen waffles from the store, this is a good fit. The waffles are slightly smaller and thicker than store bought waffles, so they are a bit less crispy, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. I use a 1/4 cup and slightly under-fill it, and that works great. If you over-fill the back waffle spots, the front waffles don't get cooked as well.If I were to change one thing about this waffle maker, I would give it removable plates that can go in the dishwasher. It's a bit tricky to clean. I've got my system down now, but it's unwieldy. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you get a lighter color (I got the seafoam green), the sides will get brown-ish over time. It doesn't really bother me, but I can imagine it would be an issue for some people.

My family loves sourdough waffles. This maker is easy to use and easy to clean up. There is an overflow section if you get too much in the space. My waffles taste amazingly! It seems sturdy and well worth the cost.

This waffle maker succeeded in our goal to make waffles we could freeze for so our kids to put them in the toaster for a quick breakfast and not worry about all the extra garbage ingredients eggo waffles have. We like the overflow for the batter but over filling by more than just a little will cause uneven cooking between the front and back waffles. It also does not cook perfectly even. For best results we found cooking for 3 minutes then adding time if needed was best. The waffles shown are a pumpkin spice so there color is just a little different than plain. We had no issues with cleaning but the instructions warn you to use a pure oil not a cooking spray like pam because the additives will cause sticking over time. Overall, I recommend this mini waffle maker since it does a good job cooking and makes 4 at a time.

Well, the reviews were right. This little machine is a dream. Perfect waffles every time. Love that it makes four at once so I can feed the kids one right away. Nothing sticks to it, the drip collectors on the side work great, it’s not messy and it’s easy to clean after use. Great purchase.

Makes the perfect - Eggo sized waffles! I wanted to get away from the store bought, pre-made waffles that are loaded with stuff I no longer wish to have in my diet, but wanted the same size and shape of waffles - so my family wouldn't object as much to 'new' waffles. I was thrilled to see this waffle maker and hoped it would work well - and it does! I have zero complaints or issues with this waffle maker.Very simple to use. Just plug it in and it heats to a preset temp, that is perfect for cooking this size waffle. No hassle trying to find the right temp with a dial, and no dial to get moved by accident. No need for a latch, never needed one on any waffle maker I've owned - the top needs to be able to rise as the waffles puff for a minute anyhow - so not sure why people think this needs a latch? The waffle iron - plates do not come off, so cleaning can be an issue if you get stuff stuck all over the iron. But so far, I've only cooked flour type waffles in this and use a spray on avocado oil and my waffles don't stick. I use a silicone basting brush to spread the spray oil around and to do light cleaning as well - that is a great waffle iron tool! When I'm done cooking and the waffle maker has cooled, I use that same silicone brush to brush the waffle iron and spread any leftover oil, and it also knocks off any crumbs that may be left, then I use a paper towel to wipe around the waffle area to clean those none cooking areas and put the maker away. For one mess I made, where I ended up with over cooked batter in one area, I used a fingernail brush, that I keep at the sink, to brush off the dried on crusty batter and that worked great too.I did try making some egg and cheese waffles, but my daughter didn't like them, so those are off the menu. But they did cook well and didn't leave too big of a mess - if I didn't over fill the spots. I might try adding bacon bits to my savory waffle mix and see where that leads - probably to overeating waffles. LOL
