I ordered two of these for an event I had coming up. I received them quickly with even a sweet note from the family business asking for a review. The problem is that one waffle iron was damaged pretty significantly with pieces of black plastic broken off iron and crack going through middle of the top. Even the plastic on handle of tiny fork/tool was broken off. There wasn’t enough time to replace the waffle iron so I had to keep it and use it but it really stinks because it was supposed to be brand new and look brand new. Sorry I can’t give a better review:(

Hi I don't right very many reviews, but the sellers actually asked for one sending me a note saying "thank you your purchase made our day we are a small family business trying to grow our product on Amazon we would really appreciate it if you would leave us a review." So here it is:I love this product! I bought one of these to try out to see if it would be a good thing to buy for our church. I cook for 75 to 100 people every weekend and I thought these would be great for chicken and waffles. Well I tested one out and had breakfast this morning. I cannot state enough do not put oil on the top or the bottom of this waffle machine the waffles came out so easy and don't use anything that will scrape it. To wash it I used a very damp cloth and that's it. The waffles just kind of fell out they were so nice um the batter I used was just regular pancake batter but you know I added the egg and the oil to make it a waffle batter and it was really good I bought it because I thought it would be fun to do at church. Thank you for your products and I look forward to seeing more of them on Amazon. Family is everything under God! Have a blessed day!
