I bought this creative set with a 507 cutter back in October - the cutter works really well but this creative set is awful. I have only just found a need for the scoring function - The instructions are rubbish and I couldn't find a you tube video to help me. I did eventually manage to score something but it was really poor and very difficult to do. Probably too late to return it now!!!! Waste of money

Das Aldi-Gerät war nun krumm und schief. ‚Auf Arbeit‘ haben wir nur Dahle-Geräte, jetzt auch zuhause. Sauberer Schnitt, stabil, Dahle eben.

For normal, single sheet paper the tools work good. The scoring is not great even then.On thicker paper or cardboard the scoring does not work at all. The perforator worked well for me even on thick cardboard. The other cut tool does not always work well on thick materials but on photo material it worked ok in the tests I did.Overall, I like the perforating tool, but most likely won’t use the other two.

Après une première commande qui ne m'est jamais parvenue, j'ai commandé ce produit d'occasion "comme neuf", étant donné que cet article neuf n'est plus disponible.Cet article avait déjà fait l'objet d'un retour, j'ai trouvé dans l'emballage une note du précédent utilisateur qui stipulait, échantillon à l'appui, qu'il était défectueux. J'ai fait les mêmes constatations et l'ai retourné à mon tour. Espérons qu'il sera retiré de la vente.

Hoped to use this for making precise perforated lines, but unfortunately these blades to not cut along the same edge that the standard rotary blade does. Instead, the set comes with an "extension" you have to snap in pace and then there's a half-inch wide self-healing cutting bar that lies in an insert in the extension that will be below the cut you make on the paper. The problem is there's absolutely no pre-cut groove or marking on the cutting bar, so you line up your cut easily. You also have to press pretty hard to get the blades to work adequately. Not worth it. Sticking with my manual perforating rotary trimmer and a straight edge. Oh well.
