The unit is GROVE compatible, so get yourself a Grove shield. MD13S is also smaller than MD10C
Features:
- Bi-directional control for 1 brushed DC motor.
- Support motor voltage ranges from 6V to 30V
- Maximum current up to 13A continuous and 30A peak (10 seconds).
- GROVE compatible
- 3.3V and 5V logic level input.
- Solid state components provide faster response time and eliminate the wear and tear of mechanical relay.
- Fully NMOS H-Bridge for better efficiency and no heat sink is required.
- Speed control PWM frequency up to 20KHz (Actual output frequency is same as input frequency).
- Support both locked-antiphase and sign-magnitude
- PWM operation, NOT RC (Radio Control) PWM. SMD compatible
- RoHS,FCC and CE compliance product.
- Dimensions: 61mm x 33mm

I purchased these for a robotic rover that I want to build. The ability for these to control and deliver large DC motors the current they need will make them perfect. Very simple connections DIR pin, PWM pin and ground pin for control. DC from power supply and output to the motors and you are good to go. If you have a signal generator with a Pulse width adjustable output it is very easy to test. Dronebot workshop has a very good YouTube video on using an Arduino to control this board as well.

Works great and couldn’t be easier to use. Nothing else like this in this price range both from functionality and feature set. I’ve been running 5-10 amps thru one nonstop for weeks and I’ve had 0 issues and it runs very cool. I’m going to buy a stack of these to have on hand for my projects.

I highly recommend using the Cytron boards, they required only 2 control pins per motor (PWM & DIR), as compared to some other boards that are 3-pins per motor (PWM, FORWARD, & BACKWARD). For small embedded boards like the NodeMCU ESP8266, using fewer pins is a plus.On the downside, each board only controls one motor. Some other boards this size would have two motors.
