Where have you been all my life? If you have a phone job this headset is a must have. I wish I knew about it years ago. No more wires to keep me trapped. The sound quality is incredible, and clarity is great for me clients. It was super easy to install and battery lasts weeks. It charges quickly. The touch controls are handy when you need to mute someone. You need this.

So disappointed. I own the CXK X14 bone conducting headset, from the same company, and I am absolutely impressed with them. I was hoping these would have the same sound quality with the addition of a boom mic for better phone calls. I am disappointed in the sound quality of these. The sound is very screechy and unpleasant to listen to. All top end with no mid range or bass.

I have a headset for 12 hours a for my job, I have trigeminal and optical neuropathy. Just my luck I could not find a headset that didn't cause severe pain, and to top it off eye pain. I was doing another search for a headset, thinking my luck has to change, and it did. When CXK arrived I was thinking what another waste, but I already hurting so I charged them and used it. This product was a god sent, I just wish I found it earlier. CXK is light, and does not touch anywhere or play pressure to any point on my head that would cause the pain to increase. It doesn't disconnect if not on a call, the battery life is amazing Long story short I LOVE this headset and my days, money are no longer wasted.Thank you,psst my family is all so huge fans now since I am not suffering with pain after I get off for the day.

I am a remote worker and have been on a quest to find the most comfortable headset while working from home. I wear glasses and find that over ear headphones are uncomfortable. They are too tight and pinch my glasses against my head. I tried earbuds but I have small ears so earbuds are very uncomfortable and the mic quality was not great in calls and teams meetings. Finally bought these and they are absolutely perfect. So comfortable, easy to connect and great mic quality. I forget I’m wearing them. Charge quickly and hold a charge thru my work day. Highly recommend!

I bought an iteration of this and just was not satisfied mainly cuz it was too big and you don't want it tight but it needs to fit sort of correctly snug so that the volume of the bone conduction works appropriately I had an issue with this and have been using a traditional headset. I work from home on the phone and over the air headsets were just getting to be problematic and so I was looking for an alternative. And keep looking and keep looking and then read the reviews on these worried they were too cheap but they seem to fit the bill and they had a lot of good reviews and of importance that were a few reviews from people who work from home like me I got these a day earlier than was told to me by prime which was surprising. I charged them up and I've been using them for 4 hours now on the job and I will say I'm happy they're lightweight they fit good The sound is good the microphone seems to be good I haven't had any complaints from any of the callers doesn't feel heavy on my head and I don't have that talking in a cave feeling I can hear conversations around me I would say give it a try I would give a high recommend especially if you need them for a work type situation where's basically just voice not as for music and such I you know not going to make a comment because that's not what I'm using them for although for basic entertainment they'd be okay there's certainly not a high-end you know from voice to voice again recommend sorry I made this kind of long but yeah it really happy with these

I purchased this Bluetooth headset primarily for online meetings, and I didn't have high expectations since I didn't want to spend much. My main requirement was comfort, as I find earbuds both painful and unreliable—they fall out easily and make my ears sore after extended use.
