I have zebra finches. The rail is to wide for them to hold onto they slide off.

This little bird bath is the perfect size for a small budgie. It's shallow enough to be safe and has nice wide edges for perching. I didn't put the mirror on it, but it's included in case you have a bird that likes to play with mirrors. I like that you can attach it securely to the side of the cage. The only drawback to that is the bird has to turn sideways in the tub to flap its wings, else they hit the cage bars. My bird isn't much on baths, but this is way better than a dish of water at the bottom of the cage.

My mother's conure loves to take baths, and the addition of this little blue tub is perfect for that purpose. The addition of the mirror (on a swivel!) provides extra engagement.
