Very disappointed in this item. It's a great looking and grill pan and a sturdy weight, but the first time I put it on the grill it warped terribly on one side and the food would not cook evenly. Quite surprising and not at all what I expected from Cuisinart. Do not buy!

This tray is great if you make homemade pizza and you like crispy pizza crust. Perfect!

I had high hopes. The moment I used it on the bbq the high heat wrapped the metal and it would not return flat.

I cook a lot of vegetables and seafood so I needed something to keep food from falling through my grill grates. This lightweight tray has been a great tool! At prolonged high temperatures it’ll start to warp on you, but that’s to be expected because it’s thin. It pretty much goes back flat when cooked.

Spent a week in Branson this year and had bacon cooked over wood fire for the first time, and it was unbelievably good. Tried to cook some on my Weber Smoke Fire grill, but some drooped and got crispy, one fell in.Bought this very nice plate an put bacon on it on the pellet grill at 350 with burgers. Just the right length. Turned it a few times. Nothing burned. Came off before the burgers. Had to wack a few hands to make sure there was enough for the burgers. Cleaned up easy. Sweet.

I bought this to grill salmon filets on a gas grill. The grill pan was a thing of beauty when I first got it, and I did not and do not expect it to stay that way. The picture is after a good scrubbing. But no matter. The fish cooked up fine and did not drop into the fire, but they did not brown or char much at all. The grill pan seems to deflect the intense heat. So I plan to take advantage of that and try cooking chicken thighs on the bone. They need slower, not so intense cooking. I will report back!

Discolour and becomes really black after the first use. Tried to clean it, but stain stays. Like to claim a refund for this product.

Does it do what you want it to? yes. Will it warp a little bit when you put it on the grill? Yes, it’s not professional grade. Will you lose some of your food in the ridiculously oversized cut outs? Yuppers. Will you spend longer scrubbing the caked on cooking stains off it than it took to cook the food? Also yes, and because of those razer sharp cut outs cleaning it is a bitch too. Ultimately for $15 this is a one season use and replace item...likely with a different brand.

So far after one grilling night, the pan stayed flat and did no warp as the cheaper made pans tend to once the flames hit it. It was large enough for 1.5 pounds of fish fillets plus some ears of corn. I put it into the dishwasher and it cleaned up well, just some residue from the cooking spray remained which is my dishwasher issue not this pan.....

Heavy stainless steel. Hasn't warped over direct charcoal. Nice size, but it does take up the whole grill on a Weber. Excellent for salmon fillets. Some reviews say it is hard to clean. Just spray it with PAM on both sides before cooking. Soak in soapy water afterwards and it comes nicely clean.
