would say very much like wd40.directions say let dry completely , but its an oil based spray. Will never dry.

Have wire damage grom squirrels on a vehicle. Wires were repaired nut in period of long heavy rain one of the repairs failed. Sprayed and no problem since

I was suspecting that my old clunker doesn't like to take a dip into the deep puddles. So just in case I got myself a wire dryer. And there I was - 94 Ranger Found On the Road Dead after heavy rain. After I sprayed distributor cap and wires with drier, it started like a new car.

This is good for when after you clean your engine and rinse it off. It works as indicated and evaporates water from wiring immediately.

This product compares with DOM ( Drives Out Moisture ) , which seems to no longer be available . I am very pleased with the results . If one has trouble during wet weather .....this is your problem solver .

Hard to find at my local auto shop and a must have if you have an older vehicle, or like me, leave your older gasoline lawn equipment outside. Quick spray and the wires are dried and engine is going.

I have used wire dryer for several years to displace water in ignition systems including distributor caps, plugs, wires, etc before and after steam cleaning engines and it great. Also, I discovered that it's also great for lubing and displacing or keeping water out of exterior car, home and shop door locks. In fact, never use graphite door lube. Use CRC Wire Dryer and you're be glad you did. Also works great for door, trunk, tailgate, latch assembly and hinges. I won't use anything else now.
