Colors are great vivid and bright!Sadly they are very difficult to get out of the wood tabletop that a few drops got in. I thought I had bought washable ( my fault) but accidents happen. We worked at it and finally with so cleaner it worked out. Use a total cover when you use these and then they are a Five ⭐️

This is the best watercolor set that I have found on Amazon. The colors are rich and vibrant! The students love how their art work comes out after using it! The only thing that I don't like is the price fluctuation on Amazon...I bought it when it was $11 and then $9 and now it's $8.30!!!! I bought a class set at the beginning of the year and the students have been using it the whole year...one more quarter to go...only the red is slowly being all used up!

We love Crayola products in our home. The colors are very pigmented. Everything washes well except for the blue and red tend to stain but lighten with time. The kids love this and it is used almost daily. It goes a long way for the cost of the product. I will be purchasing this in the future.

Brighter than the traditional water color set but also more likely to stain if not treated immediately so beware if you have messy painters:)

Bought these because I'm not brave enough to use pricier watercolors for my sketchbook doodles. These paints deliver a surprising amount of color and I enjoy working with them. They don't lift nearly as easily as the washable kind, making it possible to layer. They also mix very well. You can get bright crayon box hues or more desaturated tones. There is color transfer between sketchbook pages, even after they're dry. They do stain your hand if you rest it on an already dried area while working. Even after washing with soap and water, color might remain on the skin. A light scrub with hand sanitizer should take care of this. I would definitely buy these again. This is a page from my sketchbook, done on mixed media paper and painted with these watercolors. I'm nowhere near a pro artist, I simply draw for fun.

These are not just for kids, they are a good budget watercolor paint for adults as well. They will fade in light, but as I do a lot of my work in a journal that does not routinely expose my paintings to light I do not have an issue with that. If I am doing something that will be exposed to light, I just use one of my artist grade, more lightfast paint sets. But for practice work and everyday sketching, these are fantastic. The colors are brilliant, rich and saturated, and they go on the paper smoothly. I have the three primary and three secondary colors with the addition of the magenta and turquoise blue in one of the plastic holder strips in an old metal paint tin that I carry with my watercolor sketchbook and a waterbrush when I am out, so that when the inspiration strikes I am prepared. I like that they are non-toxic, I can use them anywhere and not have to worry. The only problem I have with them is that I cannot buy refill strips of just the magenta color, for some reason, however it is not a heavily used color and when I run out I think I can afford to pop for another set of sixteen. I may have used up some of the tertiary colors by then, too. Overall, if you want a good set of paints at a good price and do not care about the lightfastness, I would recommend these.
