I chose this item to review: JUNQIU Watercolor Coloring Book for Kids, Paint with WaterThis is for my 7 year old niece to paint while she's visiting. This fits into my limited space closet where I keep the kids toys.This has a paint palette on each page and the colors stand out against the black of the page. This comes with a paint brush. Spiral book so you can lay it flat and only have one page visible to work on. Large painting areas. Cute animals.Above Average 4 Stars

My 5-yo enjoyed using this book. She likes that each page has its own little paint palette.The book is well-made. It's a good size for painting. The paper is thick enough for water color painting, and the cover is hard-back. It's spiral-bound so you can open it fully to work on each page. The pages are perforated, so you can remove the picture from the palette when you're done if you want to. The dark background is a nice touch for young painters, so they can enjoy the process without worrying so much about staying in the lines.The one thing that would bring this up to five stars would be better paint brushes. They are simply too small, especially for small hands. You can see them next to a mechanical pencil in one picture to get an idea of the scale. Since we're going to be using this book during long car trips or in quiet settings away from home, I didn't want to have a brushes that needed to be dipped in an open cup of water, so I bought a couple of inexpensive water brushes and they work wonderfully with this book.

This book is spiral bound, hardcover and very sturdy. Each of the 24 pictures are on separate heavy weight pages with their own paint pallette. The appealing animal pictures are perfect for young kids. The name of each animal is included giving it an educational component. The pages are perforated on one side for tearing out of the book. I like that the pictures are not paint by number so kids can be creative in choosing their own colors. The paint brushes are small but adequate. This is a good buy and would make a great gift.

My 5 yo niece loves to draw and watercolor. Her grandma visited at the same time I sent this gift, and the report is she loved it. The figures are easy consistent with her age, and she loves the animals.

The pigments are strong enough to do the job for the art but dry quickly with easy clean up. Brushes are included and they seem to be above average quality for preschool arts and crafts :)

I got this for my grandson, who is older than the stated age range but has autism. He loves animals and loves to use paints and watercolors. This book lets him do that easily without much fuss or setup. He gets together what he needs by himself and gets right to it. Grateful that these are available!

Adorable water color book for toddlers, the colors work very well and the pictures are super adorable. Must have for kids if you want them to paint without having to deal with a huge mess with regular water paints.
