Our church youth group purchased this machine. We have only used it twice, but it worked perfectly. It was exactly what we needed for community outreach. I was worried that it would be too small, but it is a great size without being so heavy.

I ordered the snow cone machine for my husband's birthday. I can't tell you how much fun all of her guest enjoyed making their own snowcones. In fact, the adults made more snow cones than the kids did.We also took it camping with us the following month and again the adults enjoyed making tasty camping beverages. It was easy to use easy use an easy to clean. We kept the outer box and traveled with that since it's not that heavy. I can't wait to take it to our next camping trip.

We had a family pool party this weekend, the shaved ice machines made it the day. It created the ice consistency of snow , which is great for margaritas.I’m happy to have brought this . It is also easy to clean with the pipe it come with . Worth every penny spend .

Set up was simple and quick. It's fairly easy to use. My problem is once the ice is shaved and in the glass box, it melts quickly. This slows me down when I'm making multiple cones. Is anyone else having that problem? This is my first sno cone machine but I'm disappointed. I thought I could shave enough ice and it not melt after a minute or two.
