So I've used this tool for a few days now.We've done some serious chipping and drilling into concrete for tapcons.So far, so good. The only thing wrong is the battery installation and removal. Have a hammer near by because there's no other way to get the battery out.I cracked one battery case already trying to get it out and yes the release button was depressed all the way In.I've tried the cheap knockoff Dewalt batteries and the real ones. Same issue. I need to look i. The track to see if I can file something down to make it easier.

This drill is my first experience with an SDS rotary drill, so I can't compare this to the big brands. But the difference between this and my older corded hammer drill is incredible. This drill goes through concrete probably 10 times faster!Highly recommended!
