Easy assembly, built very sturdy. Looks just like a DeWalt tool and works better than advertised, makes lawn and driveway look sharp and clean. Will definitely order another one if ever needed, don t see that anytime soon.

This came unassembled but was pretty easy to assemble. It took me 5-10 minutes to put it together which is pretty fast.The build quality feels sturdy but some parts are a bit more plasticky than what you'd get with a DeWalt branded edger.My DeWalt battery installed easily as well. I tried with a 5ah battery and they did add but if weight, but luckily the edger isn't really heavy to begin with.I haven't brought it outside to test on the lawn yet due to the weather, but I don't think I'll have any issues using it, especially coming from a string trimmer edger.

For a battery operated edger, it’s pretty powerful. A bit heavy but not awkward. I’m very happy with the results

I was pleasantly surprised how well it works! A lot more power than expected it cuts right through the grass and dirt on the edges of my yard. Very easy to use, nice weight and a good value for the money.

I have standardized on DeWalt batteries and by default DeWalt compatible equipment. This is a very nice addition to my collection. I have a corded edger but it's clumsy to keep moving the cord around and I have to dig out a lot of extension cords to do our driveway and curb. This cordless model makes it much easier to edge.Assembly was pretty straightforward, the directions helped some but it took a little finagling to get the sections lined up so the electric contacts engage (there's only one way to fit). I like the adjustment setting mechanism that clicked easily in place.I hadn't edged the driveway for quite a long time and after a little practice it easily sliced through the thick, overgrown turf. We have an asphalt driveway so its edge is a little uneven and I knicked the driveway quite a bit. With that I found the blade was significantly worn after one pass. I got about 50' out of one 2Ah battery (the small one) which was a little disappointing. I'm going to have to research finding a replacement blade. It would be a big plus if the vendor provided extras or a link to some.This is a really nice to have if you own DeWalt batteries or clones. I'll be edging much more frequently and putting my neighbors to shame.
