These are very well made brushes but were much larger than I need or expected. I do a lot of detail painting and I just can't use these. For someone doing artwork or calligraphy they will work perfectly. I will find someone who can use them.

These are beautiful Chinese calligraphy brushes. Beautifully crafted, beautiful to hold and look at. They are my favorite brushes in their category. The natural hairs of the brushes so far have not shed. Neither have they lost their points. Beautiful brushes for gifts, or to treat oneself.

I tested all brushes, feel they are good quality at this time, better than most other brushes, and not expensive too. I hope that they could keep this condition long, I will see.The only drawback at this time for me is that the joints on the holder which will affect holding especially on the lower position. If no the joints, I will give 5 star for sure,
