This mixer is am entry level commercial mixer! It is the perfect size fir the home cook. Perfect for my sourdough business. I was able to get a discount by purchasing a mixer thats box was damaged. But the product was not. It’s a win/win situation! Very happy with the size, quality and ease of using this product!
