Being from around the Buffalo, NY area - chicken wings are a staple. Before, when we would make them - it would take a long time with our small fryers. Using the Commercial Deep Fryer, we were all able to sit and eat Buffalo wings and pizza together. No one had to 'man' the fryers while others ate. We are happy with our new "appliance".

The fryer worked very well. It kept a good heat and fried very crisp as wanted. It’s portable and not too big in size . The two different sections came in handy.

It heated up so well and hot, that all the food i fry comes out just perfectly cooked.We use it all the time. Its easy to clean and put away. One more thing, its great for parties and gifts.

This fryer is great for cook out and family gathering. My family had a fish fry for the weekend, and I was able to use both fryer at the same time to fry. The double fryers are great hold a lot and the basket are designed to easy let you transfer from the fryer to plate. The cleanup is also easy and it easy to storage once done.
