I liked it until it didn’t work! It worked great then one day I went to turn it on and it didn’t work. Didn’t even last an entire winter. To be honest I bought two and one is still working fine. Too late to return it but now it is a waste of my money.

On the success and recommendation of friends who purchased a Comfort Zone Radiator Space Heater, we decided to give it a try to supplement the propane heat throughout our home. Central heat is not readily available in our area. We liked everything about the Comfort Zone EXCEPT that I found a few drops of the leaked oil beneath it on our tile floor after about 3-4 days of use. That wasn't too damaging, but enough to undermine my confidence that more wouldn't leak, even on the low setting, so we returned it within the warranty period. We ordered another Comfort Zone immediately, thinking maybe we just had received a "lemon," which we received promptly, and had no leaks--although I did start rolling it onto a silicon baking mat while operating to avoid irreparable damage, an easy and satisfactory solution. In our case, we found the Comfort Zone most helpful to MAINTAIN the heat in our overly-large rooms, rather than supplying sufficient heat for comfort, and it supplemented beautifully--and silently. For smaller rooms, a condo or similar, I would recommend it without reservation. However, the second Comfort Zone we ordered we also returned for refund within a short time as the handle came completely loose on one side and we could figure out no way to re-attach it successfully to the piping hot unit. Seemingly, there was no way to add a screw or whatever, and gluing it was certainly no solution. The heater is easy to assemble (the wheels), and to roll from one room or area to another as needed, but pulling it by just one side of the plastic handle would leave us "rudderless" if that side came loose, too! To us, that was a design flaw that we weren't willing to live with, so back it went. (Luckily, both were so new we still had the original boxes. Again, the refund was prompt and in full.) If that becomes a problem for others, we learned to just PUSH and GUIDE it by rolling it with a hot pot holder on the top of either side which was easy to do. The heat it emits is great, clean, silent, odorless and seemingly cost-effective, but that handle problem was not something we were willing to accept. So we purchased a third within about 3 weeks time, but a Pelonis, also from Amazon, but please read my review on that brand and model regarding its handle problem!

They seem to have resolved the issue with the heaters arriving broken, largely because it arrived in two cardboard boxes. The larger box kept the smaller one from getting crushed in transit. The directions are poor but just looking at the picture on the box answered my questions.Heater seems to have gone on sale since I ordered it a few days ago.Nonetheless, it is a nice product, heats my small bedroom, it’s actually getting hot now. I like that this is a radiant heater vs pushed hot air heater. It is silent and I suspect, energy-efficient, at least compared to pushed hot air style systems.

This little heater works like a champ. Tenn doesn't get to 10 degrees often but, this set on lowest setting kept chill off in bedroom at end of the hall. These radiator heaters are very safe and in my opinion very efficient. The heater will keep heating after thermostat turns off because of the radiator design. Can't go wrong for good even heating.

Well made. Controls are easy to operate. Does a very nice job keeping my large bedroom warm. The only negative is that the owners manual says it should be unplugged when not in use. As long as it is plugged in a red light appears. As I use it nightly it would be more convenient if it shut off completely without having to be unplugged every time.
