Low heat is 500w high is 1000w. Love the Eco mode turns on/off at set temp. But it uses the 1000watts. Heats up our madter bedroom quickly and keeps it warm, comfortable all night. Can put on low then timer. The base...ugh real PIA to get on and have level. Once locked in the base does not come off. Love the fireplace at bottom shows as burning logs after 10 seconds has glow effect. FP only on when heater is turned on. Cannot get it to work in standby mode as instructions say. Oscillates 90°. Fan is loud, best to have across room vs next to you. Remote has all features. As other reviews say use velcro to attach to side of heater. Overall looking for all these features fantasic heater..even better would have been connect via app. Only tower that offers these features and low setting of 500watt to save $$!!

It's what I expected...it works very well for being such a small heater. I got the 6 inch one and it has a strong heat output. However, the 400 watt switch doesn't have reliable heat as the 600 watt switch. I noticed the 400 watt mode produces regular fan air mixed in with the heat. Ending on a positive note, it's very lightweight and portable. I use it at my desk when I'm working and it does the job.
