This cold brew filter system does exactly what it says and does it well. The lid fits tight and never leaks. The filter has a gasket and no grounds in my coffee. The whole system works and I’m saving money by making my coffee at home. It’s nice to buy a product for less than what others are selling it for, and it actually works.Thanks!

This is a COLD BREW MAKER, y'all. Even though the description says it can handle high temps up to 220°F, it's really only intended for COLD liquid only. If you are boiling hot water and then chilling it in this, you are defeating the entire purpose of the cold brew maker. Coffee or tea goes in the filter, you pour cold water over top, steep for 12-24+ hours depending on how strong you like it, remove filter, add water to fill and VOILA!! I have used this thing numerous times already. The glass and lid are sturdy as hell and I don't know how you are managing to shatter it. Also super easy to clean. 10/10

This little jug works well for me. I wanted it to brew herbal tea in the fridge The handle is part of the lid, so I wondered if it would be sturdy enough to pour. It works really well and pours great. Nice size for the fridge. Very happy with the secure seal.

For the amount of coffee beans I dump into my percolator to make one cup of strong coffee, I thought I would be better off making cold brew and squeezing every last drop of caffeine out of my beans.This pitcher is functional, easy to clean, screw together, and has the little measuring tick marks on the side. For $20 it's a great deal.I'm now enamored with the whole mason jar thing and it's appealing to have a giant mason jar pitcher. Also the plastic lid screws on tight, my arms being stronger than some, so I had to be careful not to screw it on tighter.It's a 64oz mason jar, but with the filter filled with 8oz of ground coffee it's slightly less. The instructions say to use 8oz of coffee grounds with 64oz water, I didn't come up with that myself.Also, you have to grind your own beans: the pre-ground beans from the store are too fine and seeped out of my metal tea strainers that I already had from a different brand/appliance. I didn't experiment with putting store bought grounds in this strainer, no desire to potentially drink coffee with fine grounds in it.So in addition to this pitcher I ended up buying a Black&Decker basic coffee grinder, to get coarse grinds.I also labeled the lid with the date/time my 24-hour batch would be ready, with a red wax pencil. you can use masking tape or whatever, sharpie washes off plastic with dish soap sometimes.Overall this is a decent pitcher for making your own cold brew coffee.

This thing is great. I love the sturdiness of the filter and how well it does its job…NO grounds in the coffee and very little sludge. It’s easy to clean. The pitcher pours cleanly - I just really like it.

I took a while for me to figure out the right amount of grounds to add, but once I did, I got amazing coffee. Please ensure that you use coarse grounds. That will avoid grounds seeping through the filter. 5 out 5.

I love ice coffee, this has saved me a lot of money. You just add your grounds and water, let sit for 24 to 48 hours, remove grounds and enjoy for a few days. The handle is very sturdy and easy to pour. Easy clean. Fits perfectly in a side shelf in the fridge so it doesn’t take up space. Does not leak, and my coffee taste amazing every time.

Very sturdy, makes 1.5 litres, no leakage, easy to clean and easy to create delicious cold brew coffee or ice tea . Use it twice and it's paid for it's self. You can use it for any kind of liquid, not just coffee or tea.

In the summer (let’s be real, it’s all year) I love drinking iced coffee and this is PERFECT! I used to go buy my iced coffee but this has paid for itself and is saving me money. It’s easy to use and easy to clean, I’ve made dozens of batches of cold coffee and it shows no signs of wear or tear, I haven’t had any issues with it leaking. Literally no complaints. I really like that you just take the filter filled with coffee grinds (or tea leaves) out and screw the lid back on and you’re good to go, no draining into another canister or anything. Honestly I’m considering buying another one so I can have plain and flavored coffee brewing/ready. If you’re considering buying it, just get it, it’s 100% worth it.
