These work great for cold brew coffee. The jars are excellent quality and should last a long time as long as you don't drop them. Everything you need is included and they work very well.

This 2 pack of cold brew pitchers is great. It is easy to clean and simple to use. Each pitcher comes with a metal filter for adding your coffee grounds, and it comes with a cleaning brush. Instructions are included as well. Looking forward to also making sun tea with this when the weather warms up.

I picked this up mainly for coffee, but I've actually been using this for tea the most. I love both tea and coffee but I'm usually in too much of a rush to bother making it. Of course, then I end up going to the store and spending even more money, so I got this with the idea of reducing spending. It's really easy to use, as you simply start the brewing process the night before and everything is ready in the morning. As an added bonus, the glass is pretty big so I only have to brew more tea/coffee every few days. Very happy with this!

Overall this works great. Ground coffee ends up in the coffee so I find grinding my own coffee to a coarser grind works best. If I try to shake the container it leaks at the seal for some reason.

I'd seen a lady on TT making her own creaner and she had a glass jar/lid just like this... and that lead me here (lol)! These cold brew pitchers are fabulous. First, they're affordable. Not only that but, I'm saving a ton of money by making my own cold breeze versus buying ready made from a store or drive thru. Second, I'm decreasing my carbon footprint. Third, I've been on the hunt to find a way to make coffee at home without using a primarily plastic coffee brewing system (while still being somewhat affordable). Even some of the higher end kitchen brands have a plastic water reservoir. Almost every coffee brewing system I've looked at, the only non plastic parts of it are the carafe and/or esthetic pieces. I do NOT want plastic in/around/near my boiling coffee water. Sidenote: Yes, I know about stove top espressos and French presses, I'm looking for a brewing system.... This cold brew system has a metal filter/screen, glass carafe and silicone gasket. The only plastic is the lid. The lid could be switched out for a standard wide mouth Mason jar lid to totally eliminate plastics. Either way, it's a TON better than any other option. At the moment, I'm using the included lid. The lid screws on, has a flip top pour spout and handle. The handle kind of extends farther than I'd like, but nothing I can't work with. The whole process of making cold brew is super easy and even better if you grind your own beans at home. It holds enough cold brew for almost and entire week (one person, one serving) but, you have two pitchers so, have the ability to make more, if needed. It's super easy to disassemble and clean (also comes with a bristle brush). The glass jar, filter, gasket all are great quality and will last a long time. The lid may not hold up as long as the other pieces but again, you could just replace with a Mason jar lid. Overall, it's a fantastic buy, on so many levels, if not just for the money saving or reduced carbon footprint features.

I ordered the Fermus Set of 2 Cold Brew Coffee Makers to try out an easy way to make cold brew coffee at home. I also planned to use them for tea, as I enjoy experimenting with different drinks. After using these jars for a few weeks, I’m happy to share that they work wonderfully for both coffee and tea.The jars themselves are made of sturdy borosilicate glass, which feels durable and high-quality. Each pitcher holds about 32 ounces, but keep in mind that the stainless steel filter takes up some space, so the actual brew yield is closer to 25-27 ounces. This wasn’t a problem for me, though, because the set comes with two jars, which allows for multiple batches at once. The light green lids screw on tightly, and there’s a silicone seal to help prevent leaks, though I noticed a small drip here and there while pouring. Overall, the design is simple, functional, and fits neatly into my fridge. The brewing process is straightforward and beginner-friendly. For coffee, I added coarse grounds into the stainless steel filter, filled the jar with cold water, and let it steep in the fridge overnight. The result was smooth, flavorful cold brew coffee that tasted just as good as what I’d get at a coffee shop. For tea, I used loose leaves, and the fine mesh filter did an excellent job of keeping sediment out of the drink. It’s worth noting that brewing times for tea depend on the type – lighter teas like green or herbal need longer steeping times, while stronger black teas might only require a few hours to avoid bitterness. One of my favorite things about this set is its versatility. While its primary function is for cold brew, I’ve also used the jars to make infused water with fruits and herbs, as well as sun tea. The compact size makes it convenient for home use, and the jars are small enough to take to the office or a dorm. Cleanup is easy since the stainless steel filters are dishwasher-safe, and the glass jars are simple to rinse out.If you’re considering this set, it’s worth noting that while the lids are functional, they might feel a little delicate if you’re planning heavy use. The rubber gasket and the flip-top design hold up well for my needs, but I could see how they might wear down over time. Still, this hasn’t been a dealbreaker for me, as I primarily use the jars for brewing and storage rather than frequent pouring with the lids on.In conclusion, the Fermus Cold Brew Coffee Maker set is an excellent value for anyone who enjoys cold brew coffee, tea, or other homemade drinks. It’s easy to use, durable, and versatile, and the two-pack option makes it even more convenient. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a reliable way to brew tea, this set is a solid choice.
