I absolutely loved it and used it daily. Unfortunately, the metal filter inside started showing black discoloration at the conjoining parts near the bottom. Thought I could clean it off, but it seems to be a quality issue… in water be becomes enlarged and highlighted, discouraging any future use.

I have been using this item for a few weeks now and it's been wonderful. Background: I was using a larger, plastic cold brew system for a few YEARS to brew my coldbrew decaf. I rely on coldbrew to be able to still have coffee with my gastritis issues. Anyway, the plastic system was fine but it was getting older and harder to clean, so I found this glass system with simple parts and I'm so glad I invested! Now: First, I don't mind at all that I now make a "concentrate" version of my coldbrew - the quality is still excellent. All the parts that touch the coffee are glass or stainless steel, and it's very easy to clean. The original package that showed up had one carafe that was broken, so I returned it and the seller immediately sent me a new one. I also love that this system has TWO glass containers so I can keep making my coldbrew while I save what's left of another. Great system, worth the money, would buy again!

So, i had been trying cold brew "systems" to try to get the best value for my coffee dollar (meaning that i wanted versatility to make small or large batches). This was the first system i saw where the filter is almost to the bottom of the container so i did not have to make a full batch.The filter layers look like a single pieces of stainless steel, meaning that its not a metal mesh attached to something that will eventually separate (yeah. this has happened).However, i can't say i've used it a lot because i had to stop drinking coffee (i had been hoping i could start again, but that hasn't happened). If i ever get back to it, i will update.

I have been using their brewer since they launched in 2021. This 2.0 version looks much more solid than the earlier version. What is good about this product is that it has two parts; a brewer to brew and a storage/carafe. Unlike other cold brew systems I used in the past, this two-part system is very convenient; you can brew another batch with a dedicated brewer while enjoying the previous batch with the carafe that doubles as a storage container.
