I’m using the cold brew maker for tea and it’s been working great! The design is nice and fits into the aesthetic of my kitchen. I’ve seen some reviews saying the top was hard to get off, but I didn’t have that issue. It’s not a twist off. Just remove the silver portion by pulling up or slightly up and to the side.Great customer service if you ever have a question about the product.

I’ve only had it for two weeks and it has already broken/cracked. Used it literally twice (still have the box) and that too very carefully. Not sure if mine was just defective or the glass they use is just veryyyy delicate? It’s a beautiful product otherwise? The coffee was fantastic, just a little upset I didn’t get to enjoy it as long as I hoped :/If you buy, be careful!!

I wanted to make homemade cold brew concentrate. Store bought is expensive. I figured, one 20 dollar purchase for a glass pitcher and 8-15 bucks for a bag of coffee is much better economically.Silicone seals, doesn't leak. Filter is SUPER fine. You don't really get grounds in the coffee, but I do get coffee sediment. And it really could not be easier to use. Put filter in pitcher. Fill filter with grounds. Add water to pitcher. (I use the spray hose on my faucet to add water while filter is in so I don't waste any water or coffee.) Put lid on filter. Stick in fridge to brew for 2ish days.I'm not a fan that the lid won't fit without the filter inside the pitcher. But it's not a huge deal.

I've used this cold brew coffee maker successfully for a few months. I can make really strong cold brew. I let it sit for 48 hours. One issue I had was taking off the rubber seal or gasket wasn't easy and caused a hole. I reached out to customer service and they are going to replace the whole cold brew coffee maker. This is excellent customer service!

The spout broke while cleaning it after the third use. I was simply using a bottle brush to clean the spout and it broke in my hands with hardly any pressure! Had to throw the whole jug away after the third use. I’m disappointed in the quality of this product. There’s no way this would hold up in a dishwasher. I do not recommend spending your money on this.Update: the company issued me a refund and a replacement, so I hope this will be better than the last time. I appreciate their prompt response and will update the review in the future if I find that it holds up after time.

I bought this product because of its large size and the fact that the filter extends almost to the bottom for maximum contact between the water and coffee. It brew coffee well. However, the lid seats too tightly on the filter and is very difficult to get off. Also after brewing, if you remove the filter to clean out the used coffee, you cannot reuse the lid because it does not fit the glass carafe. It only fits in the filter. I also don’t like the fact that there’s no protection on the bottom of the glass. Other models, such as the Bean Envy, which I also own, provide a separate lid to use after you remove the filter and also a rubberized cover for the bottom. These are good features to consider. I’ve shared these issues with customer service. They were very attentive and responded quickly. They said they would consider my comments in the next redesign. We’ll see. I would not purchase this model again without the modifications I’ve mentioned.
