I needed a smallish teakettle and I ordered this one and oh my do I love it. It is great for making tea loose or with bags. The little incert hold the loose tea in perfectly. When I use teabags I usually use two. It is the perfect size not to much and not to little. I love this teakettle so much I got another one for work. It cleans easy. It also looks very cute. Easy to use and easy to clean. I do not use it on the sotve top I cook water and pour it in.

When I first purchased this teapot last year January, I appreciated the simple design. I began using it a couple months later and have typically used it about once or twice a week (if that) since purchasing. Unfortunately, the metal strainer caused the pointed end of the spout to warp, crack & a tiny piece of glass broke off. I'm now worried that glass will fall into my tea if I should use this. It's extremely disappointing to now have to throw the teapot out after such limited use. Keep that in mind if you purchase this item.

I get compliments every time i put it on the stove. It's not only beautiful but dishwasher safe too. Glass is strong and sturdy. Ive used it a million times already and love it.

I love to drink a lot of herbal tea, and was frustrated by earlier teapots with hard-to-clean strainers. But this little spring-thingy coil that hooks into the spout makes the whole thing perfect. I've already found extra spout-strainers so I don't have to worry about losing the one that came with this. The pot is pretty, I can watch my tea brew, I pour boiling water into the kettle (I see that others say it can also go on a gas burner), and I love the 40 oz. size. Guessing it's probably fragile. I tend to shatter a glass teapot about once every two years, so I figure I can afford to re-buy when that happens.

This is a well made, high quality teapot. The glass is faultless and just the right thickness to be sturdy, but not too heavy. It sits securely on my gas stovetop. The glass handle does not get hot to the touch. The size was just right for me. Highly recommend if you are looking a functional attractive teapot.

Great for the value. Broke in the dishwasher not paying attention. Place away from other dishes glass is thin. Appears larger in picture. Would purchase again.

Adorable. Fits about 2 cups of Tea. I have accidentally let the water boil down and sit on hot fire without any water. I let it cool and cleans very well. The glass is strong and nice quality.
