I bought this tea seeper for my husband because he uses loose leaf tea every day. It is so simple and so easy to clean! We love that it is made of glass and wood and stainless steel as we try to be a household that uses good quality materials! He takes it to work with him every day in the carrying case and it is so easy to use! Great price as well and the perfect size!

I have never had such an unpleasant tea straining experience in my life. No part of this design makes sense. The hot water/tea straining section is less than half the volume of the cup you drink from. The sections are not water tight at all and all around this is worse than getting any other stainer. The only upside is the case looks nice, but is completely pointless as you can never take this on the go, as the rest of the equipment needed to make use of this “set” would also need to be portable.Avoid at all costs!

This product is a great travel tool for those that love to have loose leaf tea on the go. It is light weight, easy to clean and filters perfectly.The straining method is brilliant for getting the perfect strength without worrying about the leaves steeping for too long. Would definitely recommend!

I drink a lot of tea and I prefer loose leaf. I wanted a single cup use that will hold its heat. This tea cup allows for the tea to diffuse and the release button allows the tea to release to the cup without a single leaf. It’s easy to use, great quality, easy to clean. It is a beautiful cup and very durable. I actually dropped it and it on the counter and it did not break. Wow..highly recommend this product.

got this for my wife, but i use it too.BEWARE when you clean it. there is a steel ball that easily and without notice falls out from under the strainer, and could get lost down the sink or in the trash when you clean out the used tea.Be sure to notice that strainer "screws" in by turning it to the right, so that ball will not fall out. Or, turn to the left to remove strainer and ball falls out, making it easy to clean that part if needed.Probably in the instructions that i didn't read, so this could all be operator error... again :)otherwise, works great.If you lose the steel ball, the water will not stay in the top part, but immediately falls through without seeping in the tea the required amount of time.Be careful and don't lose the ball, life is great. Lose the ball, and not so much. Poor design, but not deal breaker if the user is aware.

In general, the design of this infuser is wonderful. You can get the flavor of gong fu tea with far fewer dishes. Because of this I have been using it almost every day for months. But there are many ways this product could be even improved.(1) there are plastic pieces inside the infuser, I would rather not drink hot tea that has been in contact with plastic(2) the travel case feels really cheap, I don't think it actually protects the infuser at all (it just keeps everything together basically)(3) if you try to pour tea from the reservoir, it spills everywhere. If it would pour correctly you could serve tea for multiple people or more easily transfer tea to a to-go bottle
