It's a perfect little teapot: keeps the tea hot, looks great, and is just the right size for one or two people. The cast iron isn't at all hard to handle. I don't worry about breakage if there's a little mishap. Absolutely worth the purchase price!

This is just what I was looking for, the cast iron keeps tea warm, the strainer basket is great for making my own loose mixes, and the trivet makes it portable. The finish is a bit mass-produced looking, but I'm not planning on having the Queen Consort over anytime soon.Great value for a sturdy pot.

This is a very cute little teapot. We've broken all the glass and ceramic ones that came before it, so I wanted to try something different. I chose this instead of stainless steel because it looked like a more traditional tea pot. It looks very cute in our kitchen and is great for a couple of cups of hot brewed tea. I don't expect the twine around the top to last a very long time, but that will be easily replaceable or I can use a hot pad.
